Galaxy RO & DTH wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, we are here to assist you.

Please read the following important information regarding order cancellation, modification, and refunds.

1. Cancellation:

Customers can cancel their order anytime before the delivery or installation of the product by contacting our customer care team.

  • Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2 working days.
  • In some cases, it may take up to 10 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.

2. Order Modification:

Customers may request to modify their order by contacting our customer care team. All modification requests are subject to approval at Galaxy RO & DTH’s sole discretion.

  • If the modified product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If the modified product is of lower value, the balance will be refunded within 2 working days from the date of delivery or installation of the product.
  • Discounts, coupons, or promotional offers applied to the original order may become invalid.

3. Returns & Warranty:

  1. Standard Return Policy:

Items may be returned within 7 business days from delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging intact

Returns are accepted only for exchange, replacement, servicing, or manufacturing defects. Order cancellation is not allowed once the product is sold.

2. 360-day return policy for DTH Connections: DTH connections are covered by a 360-day return policy as product warranty provided by their respective companies. Within 360 days you can send or schedule a visit for free repair.

3. 180-Day Warranty for Set-Top BoxesSet-Top Boxes are covered by a 180-day return policy as product warranty provided by their respective companies. Customers can send set-top boxes for free repair within 180 days to the respective companies.

4. Accessories:

  • No returns for accessories such as remotes, AV/HDMI cables, batteries, or parts.
  • If an accessory is dead on arrival, it may be replaced if reported within 24–48 hours.
  • Order cancellations or refunds for accessories are not applicable.
  • No warranty is provided for LNBs, switches, or dB meters.

4. After Delivery / Installation:

Once a product is delivered or installed, the order is considered final. Returns are generally not accepted, except where the product is covered under a warranty or guarantee. Customers are advised to review and understand the terms and conditions before placing an order.
